Project Victory Mindset consists of players who are dedicated to improving their game and themselves through intense effort and perseverance. We aim to surround ourselves with people who have similar goals and are willing to help each other achieve them. The following is our mission statement, a set of points that each member is expected to embody and live by when they are working to improve. This mission statement will focus and direct all of our efforts to ensure our success.
MAIN GOAL: Constantly improve to reach any level of achievement we want in a reasonable time frame.
VISION: To gather a group of people who are looking to improve themselves through/while helping others do the same.
WHO: People who are ready to work and find a way to reach their goals. Anyone with a GENUINE interest to work and reach their goals will be accepted. People who show no will to succeed will not be tolerated.
WHAT: We are a group of dedicated individuals with a strong desire to succeed in all that we do, in our gaming hobby and in life.
WHEN: During whatever spare time you have. Be prepared to spend some time NOT playing games, but doing work toward the improvement of yourself and others in the group.
WHY: Because we are tired of failure and we want to achieve our goals. Achieving our goals becomes much easier when we surround ourselves with people who want to do the same thing and are willing to help.
HOW: All of the time we spend on this game will be productive. We will find ways to make this happen. We will also never give up. EVER! Failure is not a terrible thing. It brings us one step closer to our goal. Let us avoid running away from failing and embrace it.
